Acquisition of Kwintet

The Certex division within AxLoad has strengthened its position in Norway with the acquisition of the Kwintet lifting business based in Kristiansand. The business reported sales of 20M NOK in 2013. As of 2.  April, Certex Norway AS has signed an agreement to take over fixed assets, inventory and customer relations and closing is planned to take place 1. May. All employees are welcome to join the organisation in Certex as part of the acquisition.
