The Inca Group is now a part of CERTEX

CERTEX Eesti OÜ has signed an agreement to acquire the material handling business of the Inka Group. The acquisition will strengthen the market position of the companie especially in the customised lifting sling and lashing systems products.

Simultaneously an agreement has been signed to distribute the extensive range of Inka one-way lashing and strapping products sold under the trademarks Ecolash and Ecostrap. The products will continue to be produced by Inka Oy in its Killinkoski facility. The range produced by Inka will further enhance the broad offering of the CERTEX companies in this field.

The Inka material handling business will be integrated into the companies swiftly and Inka employees connected with this business will continue to serve old and new customers ensuring uninterrupted service and expertise.
